OM3 Yoga, offers small Trauma Informed Yoga classes in which participants begin to experience movement, breathing exercises and meditation techniques to connect the mind, body and breath in a new way.

Trauma Informed Yoga sessions are intended to help people gain a deeper connection with the physical reaction of stress in the body and how to relax the mind through a yoga practice. OM3 Yoga Trauma Informed Yoga is intended for all levels and abilities – it is a time to connect with you.

OM3 Yoga Trauma Informed Yoga is intended to work in conjunction with other therapeutic modalities.
